Tdesktop: Downloading files

Hi there. I use Telegram Desktop from AUR (telegram-desktop-git) for Arch with Gnome.
When i try to download files it always ends downloading when it is almost complete. So it is impossible to have an complete download then by Telegram Desktop.

I have a similar behavior from some earlier versions. I could not find a pattern of behavior for this bug, but often large file downloads. (Sometimes with 20MB files just happens)

Fedora 23 64 bit (gnome)

This happens to me sometimes, too. I have a workaround: Go to settings, scroll to the bottom, click on "connection settings: default (use tcp)", click on ok without changing anything and go back to the chat. This always helps when something is not sending or downloading doesn't work.

I found out that it only happened with the installing by PPA for Ubuntu. Installing by the website https://desktop.telegram.org/ it works for me.

Guys, I'm having the same issue with Windows 10 PC and Telegram Desktop version.

Checked all the suggestions and tried the following

1. Downloaded from https://desktop.telegram.org/
2. My disk is not full. Have plenty of space.
3. Connection Type is set to Default TCP.
4. I've tried reopening and reinstalling too.

Please suggest.

Same here on Windows, newest version installed. Download stops right at last megabytes....
