Tdesktop: [Suggestion]Call information should stay on top while talking

Steps to reproduce

1. Call a person or receive a phone call
2. Open the little information square window with the action to mute yourself and to end the call
3. open another window

Expected behaviour

The little call window should stay on top or this should be configureable

Actual behaviour

The window closes/minimizes with Telegram.

Configuration

Operating system:
Windows 10
Version of Telegram Desktop:
1.0.37 alpha

PS: Am I right that this has been the case in the first alpha version with calls for the public ? I found myself thinking whether I remember this in my first test with calls in TDesktop

Much better than a pop-up window, the call information could use the same space as the emoji/stickers/GIF panel.

Wouldn't be a pop-up window as a choosable possiblity the best solution for this ? Through this, even if you're browsing or something, you can mute yourself or end the call immediateley without having to re- open telegram.
