Tdesktop: [Feature request] Add "call me" links

Hello! I've really been enjoying Telegram calls lately and I came up with an idea for a project that would use them. This would require some sort of an interface from TG desktop, so I could call it externally from like a python script and, for example, tell TG to make a voice call to one of my contacts. Is there a feature like this already incorporated to TG desktop?

Adding "call me" type of tg:// links seems a good idea, but I think it has to be added in other clients too

Oh yeah, didn't think of that! This way it would be easy to start a call from any external program. I'm not experienced with the Telegram platform as a whole but seems that this wouldn't bee too hard to incorporate.
