Tdesktop: Disable Call Sound/Top-upWindow when "Do Not Disturb" enabled in Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable "Do Not Disturb" in Windows 10
2. Recieve a call

Expected behaviour

No sound or notification popup should show up.

Actual behaviour

Top-up window with call information shown and call sound heared.

Configuration

Operating system: Windows 10

Version of Telegram Desktop: 1.1.7

This bug still happens, notifications still pop up noises during quiet hours

This problem still exists.
I want not to close telegrams during work, but at the same time so that it does not interfere with me with the sounds of notifications and calls
