Tdesktop: Unicode 9 without gender fails to load

Steps to reproduce

  1. Write 馃し in a chat (WITHOUT THE GENDER CODE ASSOCIATED)
  2. Open it with telegram desktop
  3. Open it with a smartphone

Expected behaviour

You should see the same emoji

Actual behaviour

On smartphone the emoji is loaded, but on Telegram Desktop it isn't

Configuration

Operating system: Ubuntu 16.10

Version of Telegram Desktop: 1.0.14

Used theme: Default

I've tested and I can confirm this bug.

On my Android it loads the Oreo version of the emoji instead:
