Notepad3: Mark occurences limit to 2047 characters, can it be enlarged/extended?

Hi Team,
as the test file and the 2 screenshots to show the difference,
the current conclusion is:

1. when the Mark occurences is less or equal than 2047 characters, they can be marked;
2. when the Mark occurences is more than 2047 characters(e.g.: 2048 characters), they can't be marked;

so the expectation here is:
can the limit be extended, e.g.: 2048*2-1=4095 characters(due to the screen display limit, i think that would be enough)?

this value is statically limited (hardcoded - not configurable) for performance reasons.
I think we can extend this limit (next beta build) to 4095 if this is enough for your use case.

Feel free to test the "BETA/RC PortableApps" version "Notepad3Portable_5.21.116.1_beta.paf" or newer, see below or issue #1129.

• Notepad3Portable_5.21.116.1_beta.paf.exe.7z -s

"Notepad3Portable BETA/RC PortableApps" version can be used with or without ".7z" extension.
To update your "Notepad3 Setup" version with the latest features/fixes from the "BETA/RC" version, see issue #1105.

Also, feel free to test the "BETA/RC Setup" version "Notepad3_5.21.116.1_beta_Setup" or newer, see below or issue #1129.
