Notepad3: Last Notepad3 for Win Vista and XP

Hello @andika207,
instead of using a deprecated version of Notepad3 for also deprecated OS versions (Warning: Maybe unpatched security holes!),
I have to recommend to use Notepad2(-mod) by Zufuliu or Notepad2e by ProgerXP (both still active developing) and supporting OS version XP and Vista - as far as I know (Maybe lacking or adding different features).

The latest version that support XP and Vista is: Version 2 Build 450 (18 August 2017)

Need SSE2 for run on XP ? just asking (i remember can not run notepad3 on xp without sse2)

Latest notepad2-mod (i do not remember what fork, there are too many xd) can not run on xp without SSE2 (the version 4.2.25.939 maybe can)

@RaiKoHoff deprecated OS version ? there is a good reason why Mr Vladimir Putin is still using XP. maybe the FBI too...
