Notepad3: Jump to Selection Start/End doesn't scroll to the focused position

When you create a selection and then use the Jump shortcut keys to skip to the end/start of it, do you think that the viewport should be scrolled to the focused position if it is outside of view? I think it would make it easier to use.

Steps to reproduce

• open multi page document
• create a selection that is larger than the viewport
• press the "Jump to Selection Start" shortcut key

result: the focused position isn't visible

Feel free to test the "BETA/RC" version "Notepad3Portable_5.20.823.1_beta.paf" or higher, see below or issue #1129.

• Notepad3Portable_5.20.823.1_beta.paf.exe.7z -s

"Notepad3Portable BETA/RC paf" version can be used with or without ".7z" extension.
To update "Notepad3 Setup" version with the latest features/fixes from the "BETA/RC" version, see issue #1105.

Also, feel free to test the "BETA/RC" version "Notepad3_5.20.822.1_Setup_beta" or higher, see below or issue #1129.

Just tested 5.20.823.1 and the issue is resolved, much easier to use now, thanks.
