Wondering if this was resolved.
Because our store is still having this stock issue :( it is really disruptive. We tried force resync as well as uploading CSV file..

However the data that is uploaded is correct see last image

@Joshuagier the way I resolved this with my shop was to reset the plugin. I couldn't wait any longer for the Facebook shop group to fix what was already uploaded. I have about 1/4 the number of items you have and it only took 5-10 minutes to resync everything and be back instock on all our items.

I have passed your shop over to the shops team and they will try to manually fix this. If you don't want to wait though there are other options...
As @FlairTrade says, you can attempt a full reset of your plugin. It seems there were some shops that were not fixed due to a recent issue described #523 . This is the easiest way, the reset can be done through Reconfigure > Advanced Options > Delete.
If you don't want to do a reset. The reason Force Resync is not working is because the items are not changed, you could try for example bulk-editing the description of all your products to add an extra space or punctuation, this may reset the products as well.
