Walletwasabi: last opened tab is no longer remembered

In #3004 @yahiheb implemented that the last opened tab is remembered and shown when the wallet is loaded again.

This used to work, and I think with multiwallet support it got removed again. It does no longer work for me on master branch 137b786c543cfaa5d8d89ae7df9dabaac54abe39

That is odd...
Then for the record, Qubes 4 Debian 10 with i3wm.
I can reliably reproduce it not working.

Show me your logs. What is in the UiConfig file? Check the logs please.

This is fixed in master 68bf6a2047754e2140ff48009093c28d26e2f47f. Not sure where it was fixed though...
