The current Wallet Generation UX is a mess.

I propose a minor refactoring, to hopefully make it a bit more pretty. This might even come before the major UX redesign.
You cannot recover your wallet without your password. Therefore we strongly advise you to use a password that you will not forget.
This is long - and actual bad advice. It should be a secure password, not a memorable one.
Heads Up! You always need the password to spend your bitcoin. Use a secure password and back it up.
Maybe add a link to the documentation on password best practices
Write down these Recovery Words! is a good title, and I think it should be kept. It is clear what the following words are - the backup, and there is a call to action with what to do - writing them down.
1] tell 2] shallow 3] pulp
4] merry 5] approve 6] assist
7] magnet 8] hello 9] orient
10] hour 11] swim 12] describe
The numbering makes for easy order recognition, and the parts of three make for easy backup writing
You can recover your wallet on any computer with
- your Recovery Words AND
- your Password.
this seems a bit wordy.
You need BOTH the Recovery Words AND the Password to recover your wallet.
There should be a checkbox with I wrote down my password and recovery words [similar to how T&C were done], and then there should be another button next to it with Complete Wallet Generation or Continue.
Concept ACK

How about this:
Use a secure password and back it up. You need it to recover the wallet and to spend your bitcoin.
