Walletwasabi: [RPC] manual confirmed threshold

Second issue is related to block confirmations. Wasabi Wallet marks
unspent coin as "confirmed" if it received at least 1 confirmation:

According to https://www.buybitcoinworldwide.com/confirmations/ it is
still advised to wait for at least 6 blocks for large payments. Basic
solutions would be:

-- to add "confirmations" field in json response with number of
confirmations and let back end to decide how many of them should be
considered as safe based on eg. amount field.
-- to add "MinConfirmations" in the Config.json file and let specify when
"confirmed" field will be set to true.

I would prefer the first option as it is more general.
