Unitystation: Options menu bugged

Sometimes the options menu, when brought up by pressing Esc, sometimes is displayed in different positions, with a chance to be completely out of view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Spam the Esc key and observe the options menu assuming different positions.
2. Zooming in/out while spamming the key can help trigger it.

Looks like that can be fixed by setting anchors. I believe this menu should always be centered, no matter what. I'll give this one a shot.
