trenchbroom-crash.txt
pitted.zip
Hi, I recently downloaded the latest version of TrenchBroom after using the older version listed at the top of the site's download page. When I try and open a map which I built in this older version in TrenchBroom 2, the application crashes.
I have attached the .map file in an archive and a copy of the crashlog, hopefully someone can figure out what's going on!
Thanks!
Was the sky finished?

It crashes for me as well in latest available TrenchBroom 2.0.0 Beta e439e68 for Linux. I can open in netradiant and the sky & a few other blocks are missing. Not sure if therein lies the problem.
Looking at your original map file in a text editor show about 15 lines scattered through out the file with crazy long numbers that look out of place. 1st example on line 207:
( 416 206.984619140625 164.27691650390625 ) ( 416 382.984619140625 116.27692413330078 ) ( 424 206.984619140625 164.27691650390625 ) +0tyr_tel 0 0 180 0.5 0.5
If you clean the lines by hand with the long numbers to drop the period and numbers after it with a text editor the map loads in TB2.
Yes, but that is not the point if those brushes are otherwise valid.
The sky is not finished in the .map file, no.
I removed it so I could get a better view while I worked on it.
It's interesting that you were able to get the map to load by changing those values. I wonder what happened that created them, and if changing them adversely affected anything. I think I will probably be finishing this map in 1.1.6, and moving on to 2.0 for my next project, but it would be good to see this bug fixed all the same.
Fixed in ca8b5846.
