Toolkit-for-ynab: [FEATURE REQUEST] Record Payment for credit cards should default to cleared balance

When it comes to paying my outstanding balance on the credit card, my outstanding balance vs my working balance is always different. YNAB is up to date while my bank works on the cleared balance. I could either pay the amount YNAB suggests, but then I get the warning from CitiBank that I am overpaying. In their eyes I am paying for transactions that haven't even cleared yet.
Its far easier to just click the [Pay Outstanding Balance] on their website. This is equal to YNAB's "_Cleared Balance_"

Take this example:

I have a pending CC transaction. YNAB is aware of this, and knows that the amount is uncleared. Yet if I select record payment, It defaults to the amount budgeted rather than the cleared balance. If I had to go to the banks website, the outstanding balance would be "0"

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great if we could default the CC payment amount to the cleared balance instead of the money allocated in the credit card category. This would match up with the outstanding balance on the banks website. Yes, I understand that it would mean not completely using up the YNAB CC allocation, but for folks like me who settle the CC balance twice a month, it would be useful.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Right now, I select the outstanding balance on the Banks website. Then when I record the payment on YNAB, I have to amend the payment amount to the value entered on the website. The works on cleared outstanding balance, YNAB works on "Working Balance"

There seems to be no movement from YNAB, as there is a request in for this that's at least 3 years old. That leads me here, hoping you can help. I would love to have my default Record Payment = cleared balance. Thank you!
