Team-comtress-2: Add text in the chat for the voicelines Cheers, Jeers, Good Job, Nice Shot, and building requests

Description

Currently only some voice command lines are listed in the chat as (VOICE) : . What would be nice would be to add Cheers, Jeers, Good Job, Nice Shot, and building requests to the list of voice commands put in chat as well.

Personally I think that the lack of these in chat is an intentional decision, but maybe we could fit this in as an advanced option, preferably with the option to manually allow or disallow specific voicelines.

I'll look into this the next time i'm free.

I think only building requests, good job, and good shot should be put in.

Thats why I was planning on looking into it as a customizable thing, probably with the TF2's current ones as default.
