IMPORTANT NOTE: This was tested on a Windows 10 OS, I do not have access to any version of Linux I could test this on personally. I also do not use this Team Fortress build provided here for personal overly-protective security reasons, this is purely information based on the current Steam Version of Team Fortress 2, so I am unable to answer or confirm some things.
On Linux based servers, such as Team Fortress 2 Casual Servers, you can clip inside displacements at the center of any center point on the displacement, if it sticks out enough and are able to crouch underneath it, allowing you to uncrouch so the game attempts to stand while under it.
(As far as I could tell)(Cannot confirm)start_tf2.bat (or start_server.bat) with no custom launch options.(Cannot confirm)map command ingame).Example of effected displacement area:

Here is a map other than Dustbowl for testing, in theory all areas marked should be broken on Linux server builds but be unaffected on windows unless playing on a Linux server.

Best to actually try in team comtress 2 please. and at least in linux tf2 for that matter to double check.
do try whenever you can.
you should have unchecked what you can't confirm

It still is a confirmed bug, I would apricate if others could test it as I have no access to that sort of thing. Any updates or inaccuracies can be updated. I also did not leave them unchecked as it would specify too heavily that it is not of concern when I do not know. Thank you for the input however.
i was able to reproduce this with the latest tf2 linux srcds and client
i got this to happen in both a dedicated server and a listen server

are you sure that this bug is exclusive to linux though? can someone try to reproduce on windows?
I can confirm this does not work on Windows (server/local). Tested on Windows for quite a while but nothing, worked first try on Linux.
No wonder this didn't work on local servers for me. There's plenty of spots like this on a lot of maps, but Dustbowl is the only one that has the most extreme effect.
