When scheduling a message, we have a nice date picker, but no time picker, which make the hand going between keyboard/mouse a lot

I think something like being able to scroll up/down on the time would be a nice solution.

It would be an improvement to use the same time format as for message time stamps. My feeble brain experiences a little friction using a combination of 12-hour and 24-hour time formats.

As for a bigger change, a table of suggested time buttons could be handy, similar to that used by Zren's systraytimer:

That's nice :) Far from being obvious, but nice. A real interface would be more discoverable but that's a start :D

OK, tested with the desktop.telegram.org download as well, and back again. On two separate occasions, after much frantic scrolling, I was able to get the minutes field to jump one time forward by ten minutes.
