Stk-code: Physics bug related to cushioning in downward slopes

It exists in 0.9.3 and afaik in current git.

It's hard to explain with words, just look at the video to understand the issue : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qlkfp3ySsdY (the issue is at around 10s in, after the jump)

I think the issue is the kart "skipping" across the ground. I have seen this issue a lot in many places, once a kart leaves the ground, it doesn't want to go back on the ground if it has a downward slope.

I've watched the video and I don't see anything particuarly wrong? Except you went off-track so bounced a little

The expected behaviour would be for the kart to quickly fall back on ground, but instead it went across the whole width of the track (which is large) floating slightly above the ground. It's maybe less obvious with the poor quality of the recording, but the way the kart is controlled comes directly from this, and you can see when it touches the left gray side that it was above the ground. It keeps being above ground when it goes back to the right, until around 1:08:50 on the white timer, when it finally is on the ground again.

Another video showing the issue in Shifting Sands : https://youtu.be/xU44vazHSeI
