Bug Description

I tried to send a few messages when the network had problems. When the network was stable again, the messages still cannot be sent. I see this error in the logs: TypeError: Cannot read property 'forEach' of undefined

Platform Info

Signal Version:
v1.37.2 Flatpak

Operating System:
Fedora

This has been fixed in v1.37.3-beta.1, and should be fixed in the next production release.
