Secret-hitler: Redis doesn't do shit

i.e. sessions aren't saved for any discernible amount of time. Users need to log in way more than you would expect. Most likely a setting thing.

Seems like right now ttl is 260 seconds https://github.com/cozuya/secret-hitler/blob/d3fa146f2c93034fbaa314086471c9d144823453/app.js#L31. We could try bumping up this number?
