Scratch-gui: Refine share the love animation

Expected Behavior

Maybe the blocks should shrink or go into the sprite somehow. Maybe the sprite should show a tooltip. There are some suggestions at https://github.com/LLK/scratch-gui/pull/1468

Actual Behavior

Blocks disappear when you drop them, and sprite glows green slightly

How about a mac-style genie effect? Do you think that'd be possible with SVG transforms or would it require canvas?
