Runelite: JVM crashing on login

I open runelite it load succesfully and than i write down my username and password, also fine but than the programm will close it self i tried multiple times but it dont work

I also tried to login from offical client and move my account to other places like ge
deleted runelite and downloaded again but i everytime have the same problem

please help

Client closing when loading

This looks like corrupted jagex cache issue. Try to delete %userprofile%\jagexcache on Windows or $HOME/jagexcache on macOS and Linux.

Reply if it worked.

Go to %userprofile%\.runelite\repository2 and delete the client-1.4.19 jar file (assuming you have to client-1.4.18 jar) file. When you do this, re-open RuneLite to redownload the new client patch. This fixed the login crash for me.

Your going to have to delete all 1.4.19 jar files, so Runelite re loads it all back in properly. I deleted just the client one and didnt help, delete them all and they will get re downloaded.

If you dont know how to get to that point just plug in client-1.4.19 into your search bar in my computer.

Ok so this isnt a fix but a band-aid. Go into the folder where the runelite launcher is located (if you dont know where that is easiest way to get to the folder is to just open up runelite hit ctrl alt and delete right click it on the task manager then click open file location) Instead of running the exe run the runelite jar file. It will be the one with the java icon. Worked for me when nothing else did

I tried this and deleted the jar files.... but now runelite dont even open... tbhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Try using the 32bit version.

Tried deleting jagexcache and I only have 1.4.19 jar on my computer so I can't revert to 1.4.18 if I delete it.

still not working, my client crashes after y login. I created an acc and i succesfully login to the newbie tutorial, then i log out and my main works. So everytime i want to play i login to the newbie acc and then mine. if I try to login my acc or any other first it crahes. Anybody knows why??? NEED HELP

Yesterday when I tried to run runelite the program was crashing for me after pressing the log in button where runescape pops up the "loading..." box in the top left corner. I tried all of the stated fixes in this post, and I also cleared my java/runescape cache and nothing fixed it. I opened it up to try again to today and it worked on the first try. Not sure why but maybe they have fixed this?

Not fixed yet, still cant log in in anyway, too sad this problem has been for longtime now and no fixed, think i'll just play on vanilla and delete it, pointless to try everyday for half an hour just to get 1 lucky login

This issue is dead, latest release along with java update eliminates this issue, this can be closed

@Pyromunky is correct. This issue should be closed. The fix is having the most recent version of Java + latest release of runelite.
