@Chamrosh Why you use SMPlayer on Pantheon? I think on eOS better use gnome-mpv, it's looks really good.

Try QMplay2, maybe like this. I'm use it.
Have youtube search, equalizer, vdpau & vaapi, opengl2 used backend FFMPEG, can disable panel menu.

If you use eOS Loki, i'm recommend indicator-kdeconnect (without Plasma) for integrate Android phone with players, show/send notifications on PC from phone and more others fine tools :)

For activate Software WiFi HotSpot need install package dnsmasq, also if you use UFW - need add rules for kdeconnect ports:

I like eOS style, but not like default software... because it's very stripped-down apps.
