Papirus-icon-theme: EXTRA: Filezilla Papirus Theme

Hi!

I've made a Papirus Theme for the famous FTP client Filezilla.

I don't know if you like to add to the main Papirus theme, cause the instalation is not as easy as copy all files into the main Papirus folder of maybe it will be fine to add an EXTRA folder with this stuff, but I send you for your consideration.

And here the icon theme for Filezilla.
You must decompress and copy the Papirus folder to

/usr/share/filezilla/resources/

Thx! But i think need create new repo for this, because papirus have 2 variants - dark and light. Also on icon theme available only SVG's, but Filezilla use PNG's

On AUTHORS only me, because all icons replaced with SVG's sources, converted to PNG.
