Papirus-icon-theme: Mixed symbolic/plain folders in kmail

The icon of assigned folders, as "Sent", "Trash", "Drafts" are of the symbolic black type, while plain folders are of the default blue type. Is it possible to have them of the black kind?

I see this with both my Arch install and KDE Neon install. Tried with Breeze and kvantum.

Right click mouse on Nome and set 16x16

Now I feel ashamed...

I watched every menu and settings, and never tried to do this... I didn't know that this context menu existed.
