Notepad3: [Low priority] Link issue (changelog)

The main page of Notepad3 https://github.com/rizonesoft/Notepad3 ... has a link to the changelog (https://www.rizonesoft.com/downloads/notepad3/update/) that results in an error. It should (based on a little digging) point to: https://www.rizonesoft.com/downloads/notepad3/

I just re-tested the link (https://www.rizonesoft.com/downloads/notepad3/update/) and still getting an error. Certainly not critical but just so you're aware.

@rizonesoft : The link to the version query (https://www.rizonesoft.com/downloads/notepad3/update/?version=VERSION_FILEVERSION (still) seems to be broken - or has the URL changed to another place ?

Perhaps for now is possible to change the links to changelog to: https://github.com/rizonesoft/Notepad3/blob/master/Build/Changes.txt
