Notepad3: Belarusian (be-BY) and Russian translations (ru-RU)

Not everyone can install/use Visual Studio to create new translations. It would be great to have simple (online) tool for this. Maybe with auto generation of pull request.

A simple (online) tool for translation would be convenient, if someone could create it, that would be great.
As long as it does not exist, we have to live with editing the corresponding .rc files.
The advantage of this is, for the dialogs, the width of the text- and dialog-boxes can be adapted according to the needs of the translated text.
The main problem here is the creation of a new language DLL project, cause there are some little details which have to be done to get it working.
But we can do it for you and you can fork the repository, apply your changes by e.g. Notepad3 and make the Pull-Request via web interface.
Please tell me the language's locale code you like to provide a translation (ru-RU (Russian (Russia)), ru-MO (Russian (Moldova)), etc. - see e.g. : https://www.science.co.il/language/Locale-codes.php).

I suggest you to use the New" menu_en_us" with the reorganized menus #725 to prepare a translation project for be-BY and ru-RU. 🤔

PullRequest (PR) #730 will be a prepared new project for the Belarus (be-BY) language translation (Notepad3 only, MiniPath will follow soon).
@hpwamr : How-To documentation is updated, please check commit (diff) and compare to en-US to trace the changes made to create a new language project.

@alexantr : The project owner (@rizonesoft) will create a 2nd Release Candidate (RC#2) the next days, so I think you have time to finish the translation before Release - I think, we can coordinate the Release date with your contribution.

You can send us your translation at your own pace: by language complete or incomplete or by files (in this order: menu_xx_xx.rc, dialogs_xx_xx.rc, strings_xx_xx.rc, optional: (some text of lexer_xx_xx.rc))
