Notepad3: "Customize Toolbar" dialogue disappears

Notepad3 Notepad3 (64-bit) TinyExpr v4.18.812.1054

When selecting View -> Customize Toolbar..., the dialogue appears briefly then disappears.

This also occurs with the x86 version of the program.

This behaviour occurs in beta builds 1046-1054; 1045 is fine.

(Tested on Windows 10 x64).
