I was able to install it last night! But today it fails!

When I tried to install it from the market place, the following error message popped up: Request failed with status code 404

Yes it's true we can download it from the website and then load it into Intellij, unfotrunately, when we restart the IDE, other error messages will show up.

Ok I've tried twice and it still doesnt work. It is definitely a problem from Jetbrains. I'll contact them sooner or later.

Funnily enough, when I copy the URL which 404'd into my browser, it downloads the file right away (which I can then install via the UI). Very weird!

Same with Webstorm 2019.1

Temporary workaround here:

1. manually download latest version from Jetbrains plugins page
2. uninstall old version from IDE/preference/plugins
3. select "Install Plugin from Disk"
