Live-share: [VS] Support co-designing with the Windows Form designer

Live Share Extension Version: image
Target Platform or Language [e.g. Node.js]: C# Windows Forms

Steps to Reproduce / Scenario:

  1. Join a session on a C# WinForms project.
  2. Double click on a Form .cs.
    This should open the Designer in a normal solution, but it does not.

@scottbeebiwan Thanks for reaching out! We don鈥檛 currently support any of the Visual Studio designers on the guest-side, though this is a key part of us fully optimizing the collaboration experience for certain app types.

We鈥檙e already tracking #253, but that鈥檚 referring to the XAML designer, so we can use this issue to track the request to support the Windows Forms designer. Thanks!

I agree, this would be really useful for my development team and I'd love to see this work for winform designer in liveshare
