Kiali: Runtimes logos to show in Kiali

We would like to show runtimes logos when they're available in Kiali.

• Vert.x : https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Vertx_logo.png

Other runtimes for which we have no logo AFAIK:

• EAP

Other runtimes for which legal usage is not clear yet:

• Node.js : https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fichier:Node.js_logo.svg
• SpringBoot : http://spring.io/img/spring-by-pivotal-9066b55828deb3c10e27e609af322c40.png

Note: Most of the time, the page will show just 1 or 0 logo / name. But it's eventually possible that a logo is displayed next to other runtimes that haven't any known or usable logo, so a mix of images and text, although it's not expected to be seen often. Example:

At the moment I'm planning to integrate logos and/or texts as shown on the screenshot above, but please let me know if there is any recommendation, limitation or such.

In opened PR, a question is raised about the separator to use when multiple runtimes are in use.
Initially I used a coma:

Then, example with /

Other suggestion is using pipe |

i think / would be confusing since we are using it in pod status, where it means something
i think , could be overlooked based on the logo size and shape
