  • H.264 (Nvidia NVEnc)
  • H.265 (Intel QSV)
  • H.265 (Nvidia NVEnc)

Found it. The portable version isn't compiled with support. Will be fixed for 1.3.3

The normal installer version will work correctly. You could extract hb.dll from that rather than installing it in the mean time.

Where did you download HandBrake from? Did you happen to get the SafeMode one which specifically removes these features.

Looks like there is also a bug since the 940MX does not support NVENC regardless. You should only have QuickSync on that computer.

SafeMode - Absolutely No.

I know! I only use QuickSync in 1.31

If you re-download, reinstall, does it appear?

I tried everything, nothing changed! 馃槸

Your not using a portable.ini file in the install directory are you?

No

I'm afraid I'm out of ideas. The code here hasn't changed so getting different results is odd to say the least.
