Gitmoji: Add 🧠 for logic/bussines rules changes

A lot of times I need to change some logic or even just a condition and I don't know which emoji to use. This new one would be very useful.

I like this idea but the suggested emoji does not appear to be supported by GitHub yet. Using :brain: in a commit message does not render 🧠 in the repo.

Maybe we can find an alternate emoji? Is there a place to request emoji short code additions?

@dwyd I didn't know that. I will try to contact github to update the emoji list. Otherwise the emoji suggested by @Korri would work.

I received an update from github support:

Our emoji autocomplete and colon-syntax currently supports Unicode 9.0 (Emoji 4.0): https://emojipedia.org/unicode-9.0
It's unlikely that we're going to support v11 anytime soon, as browser support for emoji has been getting better. That said, you can still enter whatever emoji you want using the character picker on your OS/browser, or your mobile keyboard.

What do you mean by update logic/bussines rules? A commit like Return popular vote instead of recent vote? Maybe for that we can just use ✨ what do you think?
