Game boy color is already supported in a small way, see https://www.gbstudio.dev/docs/settings/#gb-color-options
More features for the Gameboy Color are still in development.
Gameboy Advance will not happen, it is a completely different system.
The Gameboy Advance can already play GB and GBC games, so you can still play gbstudio games on there, as you would any original Gameboy game.

If exporting to GBA is important to you. Why not use the Goomba Color emulator? It's a gb/gbc emulator written for the Gameboy Advance. https://www.dwedit.org/gba/goombacolor.php
