Franz: Desktop Notifications for Discord on Windows 10?

You need to enable them manually in the discord settings.

"User Settings -> Notifications -> Enable Desktop Notifications"

It's actually enabled and working fine standalone outside of Franz, but not within Franz. Not sure if it's just me.

out of nowhere, im no longer getting them either fwiw. one pc does, the other doesnt. same EXACT settings in discord.

I'm not getting any notifications and there is no "unread" messages count/indicator that shows up on the discord badge..

so this started happening to me 4 days ago where i would get notificiation sounds but NOT the actual notification pop up, i was told to uninstall discord, go to localappdata and appdata folders and delete them, restart computer and reinstall, this WORKED but a day went by and i stopped getting pop-up notifications again, all settings are enabled to receive from discord so idk what is going on, i hope they fix this issue because if i have to constantly keep deleting those folders and reinstall ima be pissed, they need fix this

I'm having the same issue with discord even without using Franz.
I think this is an issue with Windows notification center.

It has never worked for me.

I checked here as well:

• Bottom-right toolbar, clicked the notifications icon
• (the side-panel appears)
• clicked "manage notifications" at its top-right
• Under the list "Get notification from these senders", find Discord
• It is set to On: Banners, Sound

When I am @ in Discord, I am expecting:

• A popup Windows notification
• An entry in my Notifications
• A sound
• The Discord tray icon to change

My settings in the particular channel I'm interested in do trigger the desktop tray icon, but nothing anywhere triggers the other features.

In general, this is a very confusing feature so I'm only _fairly sure_ that my settings in windows, discord, the server and the channels are all correct and cooperating.

It seems i have same here.
I checked everything, desktop notification is enabled, each server is enabled.
But no windows notification (my center was disabled, and i enabled) so maybe it's that.
I have a sound i think.
And that's all.
