Files: PowerRename uses classic theme when launched from Files UWP

Describe the bug
If you have PowerToys installed and when you use PowerRename from Files UWP, PowerRename uses old theme while running the same app from Explorer or outside uses the standard Windows 10 theme.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install PowerToys if you don't have it
2. Enable PowerRename
3. Open Files UWP
4. Go to any folder and right click on any item
5. You'll notice that classic theme is applied to the dialog box

Expected behavior
PowerRename should run as it is with the default. Files UWP shouldn't apply or change the theme.
