Ferdi: Default browser choice is ignored when clicking on a URL.

Bug description:

On macOs (10.15), left/primary click on a URL does not open the same browser as right/secondary click, Open Link.

Steps to reproduce:

1. primary-clicking a URL (for ex. github.com link) from a message always opens the link in Safari.
2. secondary-clinking on the same URL, then selecting "Open link" opens the link in the default browser - which may be different; on my machine it opens a browser dispatcher, which in this case opens Firefox for this URL.

Expected behavior

The default browser should be used when a primary click is used.
