Please speed up with developing and test before you publish. Not interesting, this plugin.

This is not Facebook Quality!

I'm also having the same problem.

I took a chance. I deactivated all plugins on the site. Updated the plugin. Then reactivated all the recently active plugins. The update finally took. You may try it -it may help.

Having similar problem with the latest update 1.19.12 Receive normal notification that plugin is available for update from 1.19.10. Execute update and shows as successfully completed, but upon leaving plugin tab or update tab on my admin page notification reappears with update available. This is a first...

There may already be a workaround or a solution to your problem. You can use the search bar near the top of our issues page. Be sure to search both _open_ and _closed_ issues.
If you do find a similar issue, leave a comment on that issue instead of creating a new one. Your comment helps us prioritize which existing issues are important and urgent.

Common Resolution Methods

If you are experiencing a problem or bug and have not found any similar issue, please try the following:

  • Upgrade to the latest version of the plugin
  • Try to Resync products using the button on the plugin config page
  • Reset the plugin by selecting Manage Settings > Advanced Options > Delete from the configuration page of the plugin and setting up again
  • Try deactivating other plugins that you think may be interfering, then reset and set up again

Necessary Information

  • WooCommerce version
  • WordPress version
  • Plugin version (please note: we only support up-to-date versions of the plugin)

  • The URL of your website
  • The URL of your Facebook Page
  • The URL(s) of where you took your screenshot(s)
  • If applicable, detailed steps you took in order to see the problem

Please include Debug Ready in your reply so our automated system can note your issue for manual review. Please be aware that due to a high volume of issues, we may not be able to respond immediately.

Thank you,

I have the same issue. Tried deactivating and removing the plugin and then reinstall but it didn't help.

Is Facebook going to address this issue ANYTIME soon? This has been an issue for at least a week or more. Seems a bit low that nothing has been addressed as far as I can see.

This is one of THE MOST annoying thing ever, to have dozens of websites that show one update available... and that one update can't be done.

Same problem :-(
WordPress 5.2.1
WooCommerce 3.6.4
Facebook for WooCommerce 1.9.11 (never update to 1.9.12)
I tried deactivating and removing the plugin and then reinstall it but the problem persists.

Not sure but I wonder if the plugin actually is updated but the version code has not been in the update? Truthfully, the plugin is pretty flakey anyway.

Same issue these days. I'm thinking about a conflict with Jetpack...

I can give developer login info. And the rest FTP if you want. But not at a forum, via PM or something.

Did you guys try updating from WooCommerce rather than through Wordpress. Worked for me.

@filch yes and the same results. Acts as if it updates successfully and with any refresh it shows it needs to be updated again. With this many reports I can't believe this hasn't been addressed yet.

Well that's just strange! Worked first time for me! It is very poor that Facebook is quiet on this though. I agree.

Ok i have checked all the websites of my customers. And almost all Facebook for Woocommerce plugins are updated. There is now 1 or 2 left. v1.9.13 is a good update.

@vverloop Where did you find the new release? v1.9.13 Thanks for sharing that there was a security issue and yet we hear nothing from Facebook... Classic!

The version available via the wordpress updater and on woomcommerce seemed to be 1.9.10 even though wordpress was expecting a version of 1.9.12. I have downloaded the 1.9.13 available here and that seems to have solved the update/no-update issue. This seems kind of like a dumb problem, like the correct zip file wasn't put on wordpress.org or woocommerce.com's servers.

Well that's weird because I just hit the Update button from WooCommerce and it updated to 1.9.12 This is all very strange but ridiculous.

I pressed the Update button of Wordpress plugins and is was not working. Now it is working again.
It was not working.

Hey there! 👋

Lindsey here, from the SkyVerge product team! We recently took over development and support for the Facebook for WooCommerce extension.

In our recent 1.10 releases, we've fixed many issues impacting the store connection, pixel tracking, and product sync. Could you please update to the latest version of Facebook for WooCommerce and see if that resolves this issue?

If not, could you please contact our support team or open a new issue here? We'd be happy to help troubleshoot further with you.

Thank you!

I would like to but it is not tested with WP 5.4, which is what it is running.

Let me know when it has been tested and I will give it another go

Dave
