Eddiebot: More `^tips` subjects

We should add some more subjects for the ^tips function.

Currently, we only have GitHub and Open Source as possible arguments for the ^tips command.

We should add more .md files in the tips forder and some more arguments in the commandHandler folder.

Please share your thought on what subjects we could introduce and what each should contain.

I don't have that many ideas for subjects, but we could have freelancing. There are some discussions that Eddie has answered, and we could put that information on the tip command perhaps 😃

That sound good.
Also it was discussed in discord that we could add tips about small subjects that are related to bigger ones. Such as Issues, PRs, Discussions that all relate to the larger subject GitHub, but we could add more detailed info about them so as not to crowd the ^tips github command.

Freelancing is a common question I get asked, so would be good to include 👍

I think we could add other discussions from Discord / GitHub, they do not need to be big
