Eddiebot: I think this bot should have a test framework

... but which test framework? Answers in a pull request, or as comments below. ;-)

e.g. PR for #107 looks fine but it would be good to test all of the possible timezones and ensure that the regex does not match the wrong timezone etc...

Totally agreed @eddiejaoude I know this is in the prototype stage, but what I wanted to do was actually PR in this bot having a debug channel.

This issue is an opening conversation on what framework is best. I have used a handful of JS testing frameworks and I wanted to open the conversation at this time to one day go through the options, e.g. Jest/Nightwatch/Mocha/Chai/whatever the new flavour of the week is.

yeah it needs tests, doing more prototyping style at the moment, but this is important before we add more features - good call 馃憤
