Eddiebot: Update the label name on ^tips opensource command

Decide the label name for contributors to create issues related to the list of open source tips, after the issue #172.

I've created the label with the name on the screenshot. We can change it later so we can keep this issue open for discussion 👍

Thanks 👍 . I would made be change the colour from red, we use red for bug at the moment, so could be confusing.

Also would it be easier to read if there was a space after the colon, something like command: opensource - like you said we can change it later and it will update everywhere now there is a placeholder, so it is definitely a good idea to have something first, then we can tweak it
