Decidim: Error when add a partner in Conferences without logo

Describe the bug
It's been reported that when an Admin tries to add a partner in a Conference without a logo, a server error is displayed (see screenshoots).
If you add a logo, there is no problem.

To Reproduce

1. Login as admin
2. Go to Conferences
3. Add a partner without submitting a logo.
4. Contemplate the error.

Expected behavior
It's expected to add partners without logos.

I've been able to reproduce the bug:

On the other hand, if you submit a logo, there's no problem:

• Decidim Version: 0.23
• Decidim installation: TryDecidim
