Decidim: Server error trying to create a newsletter

Server error appears when trying to create a new newsletter.

It seems to happen using "Catal脿" as selected language.

Steps to reprodice:

  1. Select "Catal脿" as language
  2. Navitage
    "Taulell d'Administraci贸"
    "Butlletins"
    "Nou butllet铆"
  3. Select "Image, text and Call To Action button" template
  4. Fill the mandatory fields but leaving the english text for "Assumpte" empty.
  5. Click "Desar" button

It appears "Server error", but the desired behavior should show missing translation of the field as usual.
