Cwa-wishlist: Have a webpage listing the items of the wishlist and its status

Hi

It is a bit cumbersome to go through all the issues.
Some of the wishes are either implemented or worked on, for example
there is pull request for a contact diary.

so it would be good to have a table:

request	state of art
contact diary	work in progress: pull request

etc

A website would be nice, but for me the use of labels would be enough. That's already partly done (f.e. https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-wishlist/issues/273) but I think every Issue here should just have it's label (f.e.:
WIP, discussion, waiting for RKI feedback, etc.).

Thanks for the link @MikeMcC399, but f.e. the label "planned for development" is not assigned to any Issue, but https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-wishlist/issues/196 will be included in the next version so the planned for development and also the "in progress" label should be used here...

These labels only help when they are used 😅

I absolutely agree, and I hope that the Open Source Team will make more use of labels in the future.
