Ace3: ACE and CBA Issues on Liberation Altis?

Description:
Running a "Liberation"-scenario on a server with a friend of mine. Trying to use ACE.

ACE standard and self-interactions MENUS are working, allowing us to use things such as gestures, insert earplugs and place explosives on the gorund - but, some menus get stuck/glitched in interactions with no outcome, for example we can't:
Treat others.
Repair vehicles.
Defuse explosives.

Besides that:
Explosives can't be detonated.
Titans can't lock onto vehicles.
Vehicles get stuck when trying to drive them.
(Helicopters works just fine)

That's just ACE3 Debug, not the full RPT. Look at first point again.

I'm not able to locate an RPT-file anywhere in those folders. I can't find it in my server's directory either.
There is nothing in my %appdata%, and the other ArmA folder only has .cfg, and JSON files.

Make sure not to start Arma with the -noLogs parameter

I've added "-profiles=" to the server.cfg now. But I don't know how to specify directory on the server? I'm not hosting it myself, it's through an online hosting service. How do I specify where the log will be created?

It should be longer than that. However, -mod="" -serverMod="" tells you that no addons are loaded

Can I load the mods in other ways? They are already installed through Filezilla in the server's root.

You should address this issue with your hoster's support.

While it might not solve your issue, don't enter the same mods into mods and serverMods. Server mods are for things only running on the server and will not be visible in the server browser, if anything leave it empty.
