Woocommerce-ios: Orders: Unable to refresh list

Expected behavior

When navigating to and view Orders page, the orders should be fetching and displaying on the screen.

Actual behavior

When navigating to and view Orders page, the orders either are not fetching or fetching only partially.

1501499-zen:

I tested their store on the XCode Simulator and got the same result as them:

1510231-zen:

I tested their store on the XCode Simulator and got the following result - some orders are loading but not all of them and there is an error message:

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1) Open the app;
2) Navigate to Orders view;
3) Wait to see if the orders are fetching.

So far, asked both users to wait for an upate (v 0.9) and let us know what happens but I wanted to document it now so that we could track further in case update won't fix the issue.

Update on this issue: It's a mix of different underlying problems:

1. Issues [1501499-zen, 1531373-zen]
   Main problem: xmlrpc.php is inaccessible
2. Issue 1510231-zen
   Main problem: the site is extremely slow. Retrieving 25 orders takes over 5 seconds
3. Issues [1536342-zen, 1554763-zen]:
   Jetpack was disconnected / broken!

All tickets already replied by Melinda (thank you both!!).

Since none of the scenarios is an actual bug, let's close this issue for now.
We'll be tracking Jetpack Tunnel timeout scenarios in #458.
