Description: Tamil fonts are not getting rendered
Steps to Reproduce:
_From webcompat.com with 鉂わ笍_
bold tamil.

This is working for me but something happening for people on Linux it seems with tamil in bold.

Also which Linux version do you use?
@karlcow the link that you have provided https://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-nightly-latest-ssl is for windows os I think. But I tried the same with Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0. I have attached the screen shot with this comment.

I am using Linux Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
@sriram23 could you also do it on a part where the characters are properly displayed in the page?

Even in the Quantum (57.0), I could see some Tamil fonts not displaying.
