I was indeed able to reproduce the issue. I was unable to scroll using Firefox.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 200906(🦎 82.0a1-20200902095359), Chrome Mobile [phone]
Operating System: OnePlus6 (Android 10) - 1080 x 2280 pixels (~402 ppi pixel density)

The site is using an old version (3.0.0) of jquery nicescroll, which doesn't work properly in Firefox for Android https://github.com/webcompat/web-bugs/issues?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=is%3Aissue+nicescroll

Updating the library to the latest version https://github.com/inuyaksa/jquery.nicescroll/releases will fix the issue. Lets try to contact them
