Waveboxapp: Hangouts Chat Freezing

Everytime I switch to a Hangouts Chat service, after about 30 seconds; everything will freeze and is no longer operable

Hi, we've just pushed 3.14.3 with a specific fix for freezing tabs. This may fix this issue for you too!

Would you be able to give this a try? If it doesn't make any difference it would be good to know a little bit more...

• How did you install Wavebox (snap, rpm, deb, tar, etc...)?
• Does it happen with any other types of tabs?
• Do you have any extensions installed?
• Is there any specific action that causes it to freeze?
• Is it just the Chat tab that freezes or is it the entire app that freezes up?

I installed via Arch AUR, so I'll need to wait for the update to come through.

It only happens with Google Chat, once I start to type into the text box
It freezes everything except for the service icons (I can click to another service, but it's frozen too)

Hi, this has just been released in the latest version of Wavebox (4.1.0). You can get the update by using the Application/File menu and clicking Check for Update or by downloading the latest version from our download page. Thanks!
